Right of withdrawal and breach of contract

The individual customer has the right to withdraw from the contract up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, without paying any penalty. Also in this case, the amount paid will be returned to the customer, less bank and management fees.

In case of withdrawal from the contract by the customer beyond these times, or in case of no-show on the agreed date (no show), the hotel will treat the amount paid, without prejudice to the greater damage.

Withdrawal of groups with a maximum stay of three nights

 Groups can withdraw from the contract by paying or not paying a penalty to the Hotel set as follows:

    Up to 30 days before arrival: no penalty
    From 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid
    From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the amount paid
    From 3 days to the day of arrival, or no show: 100% of the amount paid

In the event of early departure, the hotel is in any case entitled to retain the amount already paid for the entire stay.

Withdrawal of groups with stays longer than three nights

 Groups can withdraw from the contract by paying or not paying a penalty to the Hotel set as follows:

    Up to 120 days before arrival: no penalty
    From 90 days before arrival: 30% of the amount paid
    From 60 days before arrival: 50% of the amount paid
    From 30 days to the day of arrival, or no show: 100% of the amount paid

In the event of early departure, the hotel is in any case entitled to withhold the amount already paid for the entire stay.


check-in takes place from 14:00 to 21:00
check out from 08:00 to 11:00.
 
Documents
on arrival the guests will be provided with identification documents, including minors strictly. and 'absolutely it is forbidden to stay in the room that people have not been registered by the authorized personnel.
 
Payments
stays are to be paid to 'arrival of the customer excluding any extras that will be counted only on departure. the balance of the holiday can 'be made by check, credit card or cash for a max amount to € 999.00. The invoice must be requested at check-in default will be released instead the receipt. for early departures will be 'counted the cost of one room for the entire remaining period (see room rates).

Discounts or special prices
discounts and benefits are valid only for direct bookings. You not 'can combine with other discounts. Cancellations and early departures: in case of cancellation not refund the deposit. prior consent of the management and 'can recover the deposit date to be (in the periods that guarantee equal conditions).

Goods
The management declines any responsibility 'for goods left unattended in the room.

Deposits
you can make a deposit at the reception.

Restaurant:
A continental buffet breakfast is served from 8:00 to 11:00.

Pets
They are allowed provided that animals are not left alone in the room.

Laundry
you can take advantage of the internal service.

Linen
it is strictly forbidden to bring to the beach.  the hotel linen is for the exclusive use of the rooms. in case of missing items they will be charged  to your account. The change of bed linen and 'midweek, any daily change will go' on request directly to the room maids, always considered as a supplement

Smoke
No rooms available  for smokers, therefore, throughout the hotel and especially in the rooms is strictly forbidden to smoke.

Damages
in case of damage to the structure, object or lose your keys, you will have to 'ay a penalty that will be charged on the cost of living. this penalty will be calculated on the basis of' entity of the damage.
 
Appliances
Strictly prohibited to use in rooms electric cookers etc. For any needs' please ask at reception, we will be pleased to be of help.

copy of this Regulation is published on the hotel's official website www.hotelvillaflora.it and in the pamphlet in each room within the price list.
hotel management reserves the right 'to modify these rules for reasons of opportunity' and operation of services affigendo changes to the hotel reception.
